A self-loading concrete mixer replaces a loader, a batching plant and a transit mixer on remote sites where ready-mix is unavailable or unreliable. Our JBC series covers 1.2 m³ to 6.5 m³ output with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and 270° drum rotation, and is one of our fastest-moving export lines to Africa, the Middle East and South America. The right size depends on daily pour volume and haul distance, not on the biggest number in the brochure.

Five checks before you place an order

• Estimate real daily volume; two smaller mixers often out-produce one large unit when haul distance is long.
• Electronic weighing systems pay for themselves where concrete grade must be certified.
• Four-wheel drive and articulated steering are essential on unpaved sites.
• Confirm water tank capacity and pump type, plus a self-loading bucket sized for your aggregate.
• Check drum discharge height against your formwork and pump hopper.

Ordering is the same for every machine we export. Send us the model, configuration and destination port; we return an itemised FOB Qingdao quotation plus a CIF figure within 12 hours. A 30% deposit starts production or reservation, the balance is paid against the inspection report, loading photos and the copy bill of lading. We handle customs declaration, fumigation, lashing, marine insurance and the CE / EPA paperwork required at your port, and ship by container or RoRo from Qingdao, Shanghai and Tianjin every week.
