Yes — one unit is enough. Single machines ship as breakbulk or consolidated cargo; multiple units go by full container or RoRo, and we quote whichever is cheapest for your port.
Each machine goes through 126 checks covering engine compression, transmission shifting, hydraulic pressures, frame welds and hour-meter verification. You receive a bilingual report plus cold-start and working videos, and you are free to send SGS / BV or visit in person.
Typically 30% deposit with the balance before shipment by T/T. We also accept sight L/C, Western Union and trade-credit-insured terms in some markets. Paying the balance after inspection is standard practice.
Stock machines load 5 – 10 days after deposit; custom-built new loaders take 20 – 30 days. Sailing time is 18 – 25 days to the Gulf, 28 – 35 days to West Africa, 30 – 38 days to Europe and 22 – 30 days to the US West Coast.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO / FORM E / FORM A) and pre-shipment inspection certificate; fumigation certificates and embassy legalisation on request.
New machines carry a 12-month / 2,000-hour warranty and certified used machines a 3-month powertrain warranty. A wear-parts kit ships with every unit, common parts leave within 48 hours, and our technicians support you in English and Arabic.
Yes. Bilingual operating and maintenance manuals ship with the machine and we walk your team through commissioning over video; for volume orders we can send an engineer on site.
